What We Look For

Florals
Designing arrangements, processing fresh stems, and helping customers find the right thing for the moment they're marking.
Requirements
- An eye for color, shape, and balance
- Comfortable building arrangements to a brief and to a deadline
- Willing to learn stem processing — cutting, hydrating, cooler rotation
- A steady pace through holidays and wedding weekends
- Weekend availability, including Saturdays
- Able to lift buckets and boxes up to 40 lbs
Plants
Keeping our plants healthy, handling care and repotting, and walking customers through what will actually thrive in their space.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of common houseplants — light, water, and soil needs
- Watering, pruning, repotting, and spotting pests early
- Comfortable advising customers on plant selection and care
- Attention to detail when a plant starts to struggle
- Weekend availability, including Saturdays
- Able to lift pots and soil bags up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet
