Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing our website, placing an order, or registering for an event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — if an item is unavailable, if pricing was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

Delivery and Pickup

We deliver within Cache Valley only. Orders placed by 2:00 pm go out the same day, including Saturdays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If no one is available to receive a delivery, we may leave it in a safe, sheltered spot at the address or with a neighbor, and we are not responsible for the condition of arrangements left outdoors. Pickup orders can be collected from our shop during regular store hours.

Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and availability changes daily. We reserve the right to substitute stems, colors, or containers of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, palette, and feel of the arrangement you ordered. Photographs on this site are representative; your arrangement will be similar but not identical.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Freshness

Because our products are perishable and made to order, cancellation requests must reach us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. If something arrives damaged or does not last as it should, contact us within two days of delivery with a photograph and we will make it right through a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Events, Workshops, and Consultations

Event and workshop seats are limited and confirmed in the order registrations are received. Cancellation windows and any deposit terms are stated at the time of registration. Wedding and private-event work is governed by the separate written agreement or quote provided for that booking, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photographs, arrangement designs, text, and our name and logo — belongs to Wilde or is used with permission, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but the site may occasionally contain errors, and we reserve the right to correct them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilde is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product or service purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cache County, Utah.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
